Refund policy

Any Roam and Shelter brand products may be returned within 14 days from date received.  Return shipping will be at customers expense.  

 

The product must be received in new condition in the original container.  Once the product has been received we will inspect to make sure it is in proper condition and will issue a return payment in full within 2 business days.
